How does it work?

In addition to open text answers and ratings, several questions will provide statements with two scoring columns:

Now column: the current culture from your experience.
Future column: the future culture you believe will be most effective.

Each column will require that you distribute a total of 100 points before advancing to the next questions. Once you have distributed the 100 points for Now and for Future, a “next” button will appear, allowing you to move forward in the assessment.

You may divide the 100 points in any way among the four alternatives in each question. Some alternatives may get minimal points, possibly zero, for example. Remember that the total for each column must equal 100.

Only when the Points Remaining line shows 0 will the Next button appear to advance to the next page of the assessment.
